As an executive coach, I have over 35 years of business experience in corporate leadership and consulting. I utilize my experience, expertise and knowledge to bring effective solutions to individuals, teams and organizations seeking to enhance leadership effectiveness, team engagement and individual achievement.
As a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) I bring years of leadership experience into my work with individuals to gain insight into work relationships, career advancement, specific work performance issues, new job assimilation, communication skills, executive presence and in setting goals that support long term growth.
Clients have included those spanning early career, mid-career, career transition and entrepreneurs in industries including healthcare, banking, retail, manufacturing, IT, government and non-profit.
My work with organizational clients includes assessing organizational culture, developing learning and talent management strategies and planning for robust changes to improve processes. I have worked with clients to develop diversity and inclusion strategies, build competency models, leadership and mentoring programs, and develop change management strategies.
I am certified in Hogan Leadership Forecast Series Assessments, the Lominger Leadership Architect Suite and MRG’s Strategic Leadership Development assessments.
I received my B.A. in English from Iowa State University and M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation, Society of Human Resource Management, and the Association for Training and Development.
I currently serve on the board of Leadership Middle Tennessee, Fifty Forward and International Coach Federation-TN. I have served as Chairman of the Board of Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee and President of CABLE, ATD-TN and the Nashville Symphony Orchestra League.
