Donna Yurdin, MA, SPHR has more than twenty-five years experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development, most recently leading the Organizational Effectiveness Department for HCA. Her responsibilities encompassed addressing the current and future bench strength needs for HCA's 180,000 employees, identifying tools and resources for leaders to define and execute learning strategy and accountability systems. She also was instrumental in developing a workforce development strategy to put innovative solutions into practice that mitigated the healthcare worker shortage for HCA. Donna received her B.A. in English from Iowa State University, her M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University and is a certified Senior Human Resource Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Society of Healthcare Human Resource Administration, and the American Society for Training and Development; serves as a Board member of the National Career Technical Education Foundation, Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, and was a member of the Advisory Board for School at Work. Donna has been a speaker for national audiences on the topic of workforce development.
Thao Nelson brings to Credos' clients a wide range of experience in project management, recruitment, organizational and workforce development. Her recent engagements have included assisting clients with social media strategies, selection systems, planning for workforce and economic strategy, performance management and federal grant administration. Thao has worked with the U.S. Department of Labor leadership to facilitate change throughout the nation's workforce system. She has facilitated state teams in California, Florida, Hawaii and Iowa to create regional communities that leverage their collective public and private sector assets and resources to develop a more highly skilled workforce to compete in the global economy.In her most recent role with the Hospital Corporation of America, she was the primary representative in the collaboration of innovative workforce partnerships among national organizations. She has worked in both the public and private sector leading domestic and international recruitment efforts. She has been a presenter at several national conferences and provides thought leadership to the Advisory Council, United States Department of Education and the United States Department of Labor. Thao received her B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Educational Psychology both from Indiana University.
Marsha Price, MEd, "The Assimilation CoachTM" is a certified corporate coach and management consultant helping organizations develop diverse talent and individuals successfully navigate through significant change and transition. With extensive experience working for large organizations representing a variety of industries, most recently healthcare, Marsha has developed an expertise in competency based assessment, development and coaching. Marsha has done extensive best practice research in creating diverse, culturally competent healthcare organizations and in implementing emerging leader development programs utilizing mentoring and rotational assignments. Marsha is also an assimilation coach guiding leaders in transition through proven success strategies at the onset of their careers to ensure their long term success. Marsha has both a Bachelors degree in Human and Organizational Development and a Masters degree in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University. She completed her corporate coach certification from Corporate Coach University in 2003. Marsha resides in Lebanon, Tennessee with her children and husband Chris.
Katherine Dierdorff, brings Credos' clients expertise in project management, education and workforce development policy/program implementation, developing and managing effective public-private partnerships, and goal-oriented group facilitation. Her recent projects have focused on assisting clients with planning for workforce and economic development strategy, institute and conference design, change management, and leadership development. As a trained group facilitator, Katherine has developed results-oriented facilitation training guides for her clients and assisted management teams in consensus building, partnership building, and strategic planning. In addition, she has facilitated multi-disciplinary state teams throughout the country to create innovative regional partnerships across complex education, economic and workforce development lines to cultivate a more highly skilled regional workforce to compete in the global economy. Katherine is registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). She is also a member of the National Association of Government Contractors.
